Shipping:

Impor duties not included.
We try to ship out all items as soon as we receive your order excluding weekends and bank holidays.
Backordered items :
For items which are out of stock and have been backordered, we state that the goods will be shipped within 7 working days ( excluding weekends and bank holidays ). Once we will ship it out an automatic email will be send to you on behalf of DHL with your tracking number.

Shipping costs:

There is currently no other option available on our website to ship internationally from Russia. All payments must be made through our website. We only operate with dhl therefore the cost of shipping is so high. Dhl is a fast and trusted option to receive your items. All costs of shipping are payed by the customer.

EXCHANGE/RETURNS

Exchange:

  • We only accept exchanges in sizing for the same item.
  • Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. However all expenses for shipping in returns are payed by the customer.
  • Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached);
  • If the item returned does not meet our Returns and Exchange Policy above your order will be sent back to you.

Steps to take if you wish to exchange an item for a different size:

  1. E-mail info@elenabryntsalova.com staying your order number #.
  2. Please specify your reason for wishing to exchange item .
  3. Place the existing item in the original packaging.
  4. All shipping returns are payed by the customer, therefore you must provide us with the new tracking number from your chosen shipping company.
  5. Once we will receive the dress , you will be notified by email.
  6. If the returned dress meets our policy for exchanges we will ship out your new dress and provide you with a new tracking number .
    Important :The new costs of shipping are payed by the customer . All new import tax is payed by the customer .

Returns: all returns can be made up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you wish to return must be in the same condition you received it (unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with original tags/ labels attached) and in the original packaging.

Steps to take if you wish to return an item :

      1. E-mail info@elenabryntsalova.com staying your order number #.
      2. Please specify your reason for wishing to return item.
      3. Place the existing item in the original packaging.
      4. All shipping returns are payed by the customer, therefore you must provide us with the new tracking number from your chosen shipping company.
      5. Once we will receive the dress , you will be notified by email.
      6. If the dress meets our policy for returns , the full dress amount will be returned back to you.

    IMPORTANT : this does not include import tax or shipping.
